this is me with Joan - she's  90 and awesome. Today, she's discovered just how much fun the iPad can be, and is planning to buy herself a netbook. 

All it takes is permission - computers are so often marketed and targeted at the young, and the benefits to older people are glossed over. For someone like Joan - bright, funny, interested in everything - the internet would be an amazing addition to a life that already sounds like a whole lot of fun. I'm lucky to have been here to help.
